Justin came to Bay Leaf in June 2002. He is originally from Bristol, TN where he served as children and middle school pastor for over three years. Justin married his beautiful wife, Sarah, in May 2003. They have three children: Isaac, Ethan, and Micah. www.justinbuchanan.org

Cisa Bainbridge 
Cisa is originally from Florida. She is married to the wonderful Mark Bainbridge who is the Children’s Minister at Bay Leaf and they will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in May 2010. They have one daughter, Jessica, who recently married Josh Woodall in October 2009. Cisa and Mark love going to the lake, playing with their dog (Creedmoor), and gardening.

Brad Cleveland
Brad Cleveland is a graduate student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served at Bay Leaf since November 2008. He is pursuing a degree in Worship Leadership and is grateful to have the opportunity to serve at Bay Leaf. He calls Mobile, AL home and enjoys life's ultimate experiences.

Shonica David
Shonica is most recently from the Orlando, FL area but was born and raised in Boston, MA. She has been at Bay Leaf since Fall 2004. She has served on staff since April 2008. She has a heart to teach God’s truth. She really enjoys working with kids and youth, as well as everything about music, especially singing. Shonica loves missions and hopes to continue to share the wonderful love and story of salvation through Jesus Christ with the world around her.
